State historical-architectural, landscape and natural museum-preserve «Izborsk»

We would like to invite everyone to visit Izborsk on May 21 to attend the opening of an exhibition of graphics by Konstantin Zinin in Merchant Shvedov'’s House (Pechorskaya, 39) at 18.30 p.m. Konstantin Zinin is a teacher at the Pskov Regional College of Arts named after N. Rimsky-Korsakov as well as a member of Moscow Artists Union.

The exhibition will feature over 40 works of graphic art created using various techniques (pastel, water color, etching and other types of print). The cross cutting themes of the author’'s creative work are the motives of Pskov, Izborsk, Maly and Pechory. A great number of pastels depict the unmatched beauty of the Pushkin Hills.

Konstantin Zinin was born in Moscow. In 1993 he graduated from Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov. He has been a member of Moscow Artists Union since 1996. Starting from 2005 he has been teaching various art disciplines in Pskov Regional College of Arts named after N. Rimsky-Korsakov.
