Dear visitors!  

Starting from October, 1 the entrance fees for visiting the fortress, museum exhibitions, guided tours and other services will change in Izborsk Museum-Reserve.

Entrance fees:

To visit Izborsk fortress the entrance fee will be:                                                                                                                

adults – 100 rubless                                                                                               

pilgrims, students, retired people – 50 rubles                                                                                         

schoolchildren - 30 rubles

 

To visit museum exhibitions «The chronicle of the Ancient Town of Izborsk: from the beginning of Russia to the Battle of Poltava», «Russian people and Seto people. One land – common history», «Izborsk and the surrounding area – holy places for Russian culture» the entrance fee will be:

adults – 150 rubles                                                                                                

pilgrims, students, retired people – 100 rubles                                                                                         

schoolchildren - 50 rubles

 

Visiting the exhibition «Izborsk Chamber of Russian Literature and Orthodox Faith» is for free.

 

The entrance fee for visiting Seto People’s Homestead Museum:                                                                             

adults  – 200 rubles                                                                                                            

schoolchildren, students, retired people – 100 rubles 

A complete ticket for visiting Izborsk Fortress together with visits to four museum eхhibitions:                                                                                                                     

adults – 500 rubles                                                                                               

students, retired people – 300 rubles                                     

schoolchildren - 150 rubles

Family ticket (2 adults + up to 3 children)                                                                                 

 

Includes entrance to Izborsk Fortress and museum exhibitions «The Chronicle of the ancient town of Izborsk: from the beginning of Russia to the Battle of Poltava», «Russian people and Seto people. One land – common history», «Izborsk and the surrounding area – holy places for Russian culture». The entrance fee will be 400 rubles. 

Guided tours:

N.B. The cost of excursions and programs is for groups of up to 20 people. If the group consists of over 20 people the cost of service increases by 100 rubles per person. 

One hour of a guided tour – 700 rubles.

A guided tour in four exhibitions - 1000 rubles. It includes visiting the exhibitions:

A guided tour to the Seto People’s Homestead Museum  in Sigovo Village.  – 700 rubles.

A guided tour to the ethnographic Seto People’s Homestead Museum  in Sigovo Village with an interactive program “Visiting Grandma Kiulaots”:

-a program with a lunch – 700 rubles per person

- a program without a lunch - 300 rubles per person                                                    

Interactive programs for schoolchildren: «Travelling from Izborsk to Tsargrad”, “The chronicle of the Ancient Town of Izborsk”, “My new discoveries”, “An Izborsk house and everything inside it”  – 3000 rubles.

Organizing festive events in the territory of Izborsk Museum Reserve (for groups of tourists) – at an agreed price 

Organizing festive events in the territory of the museum’s café and the adjacent garden  -  at an agreed price 

The use of an audio guide- 500  rubles

Horseback rides:

 1 hour - 1000 rubles

 30 minutes – 500 rubles

10 minutes (insidethefortress) – 100 rubles

Marriageregistration–5000 rublesperhour

Lease of venue in the “Peasant’s homestead” for holding events - 1000 rubles per hour, after 19. 00 p.m. – 2000 rublesperhour

In the Museum’s Guest House rooms are: 1500 rubles for a double room,  2000 rubles for a triple room, 3500 rubles for a suite 

There is no entrance fee:

-for people living in Izborsk (please, show your passport)

-for participants and invalids of the Great Patriotic War, former prisoners of Nazi concentration camps, participants of military operations, compulsory-duty servicemen of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation,  the Heroes of the Soviet Union and the Heroes of the Russian Federation, Liquidators of the consequences of the 1986 Chernobyl nuclear disaster , museum researchers, inmates of  Children's Homes, children from families with many children, students of art schools, members of the Union of Artists and Architects, members of the Union of Local lore specialists,  Category 1 industrial invalids accompanied by one person, Category 2 industrial invalids, retired people, living in the Pskov region.
