State historical-architectural, landscape and natural museum-preserve «Izborsk»

In anticipation of the Day of St. Equal to Apostles Princess Olga of Russia Izborsk Museum organizes an exhibition of Olga Biantovskaya, a graphic artist from St.Petersburg. The exhibition will open on July 23, at 15.00 p.m. in merchant Belyanin’s house (Pechorskaya str., 39)  

Olga Biantovskaya has been creating works of art in classical style for almost 50 years. She creates drawings, illustrations to classics (both writers and poets) and to fairytales for children, theatre posters. Many of her drawings are dedicated to St.Petersburg where she was born. 

Her art works are imbued with grace and kindness, St.Petersburg culture. They will tell the visitors of the exhibition about the life of the artist who is giving her soul and talent to this world.

The exhibition is organized by Izborsk State Museum-Reserve of History, Architecture and Land and St. Petersburg Public Fund for the Support of Culture and Art. (The curator of the exhibition is U.V.Mudrov)

The opening of the exhibition will be followed by a concert of piano music “50 Minutes of Romanticism”, performed by a laureate of international contests Nikita Volov. 

The name of Nikita Volov has been included into «Pskov golden chronicle of glorious deeds dedicated to 1100-anniversary of the city».
Nikita is a laureate of numerous international contests in Romania, Check republic, Slovakia, Italy, Spain, France. He often performs with the Symphony orchestra of Pskov Regional Philharmonic.  He has performed in numerous concert halls of Moscow, different cities in Russia and Azerbaijan.
